Juan Matus a.k.a. Felipe Venegas, was born in Santiago de Chile. He studied contemporary music at the Universidad Católica; having learned Latin percussion, guitar and composition. He discovered electronic music in the 90's. Felipe Venegas fuses melodical classical traditions with electronic tracks to creat sounds that encompasses work ranging from floor fillers, big room, tech house, to more sublime after hours electronic. Since the turn of the millennium he is been entertaining crowds in Chile's clubs and festivals. He has shared the stage with the Massive Attack and Human League, as well as Tobi Neumann, Dinky, Ricardo Villalobos, Reresh, Luciano, Tania Vulcano, Argenis Brito, Luomo.
